Saleswings allows you to receive Slack Notifications in real-time about leads interest when they visit your website or turn HOT. You can set this up directly in SalesWings cockpit.
But if you want to customize the notification, you can do so with Zapier. Here's how.
Create the Trigger
Choose SalesWings Helium App if you have been migrated to our new server. If you haven't, please reach out to our support team and we will initiate the migration for you. If you don't see SalesWngs Helium option here, please make sure you followed these steps to connect SalesWings with Zapier.
In this example, we are going to send a Slack notification when a new contact is created in SalesWings. However, you can choose the trigger that you wish from the dropdown list.
Choose your SalesWings Account and click on Continue
2. Create your action
Choose Slack App and choose your action. Here we will send a channel message but you can choose any of these actions below.
Select your Slack account and click on continue.
Set up the action. Here you can pick the right channel and customize the message sent. Tip: Make the most of all useful SalesWings variable data to personalize the message as much as possible.
Test the action and click on continue. Publish your zap and you are done!
