You can define the user type / access level when inviting new users, and change them afterwards in "Team Management" in your settings.
Admin
For administrators, account owners, sales and marketing managers etc.
Full access to all leads, data and settings
Ability to add, remove, replace users and licences
Standard
Lower level sales and marketing managers
Full access to all leads
No access to advanced integration settings
No access to team management
Sales
Sales reps and account executives
Can only see their own leads, and unassigned leads
No access to advanced integration settings
No access to team management
