Quick guide on how to install the SalesWings' AI Assistant for Salesforce

How to Install

Installation is very simple, it should take less than 5 minutes.

Step 1: Select the correct link based on where you'd like to install it.

Install AI Assistant in Production: - Click Here

Install AI Assistant in Sandbox - Click Here

Step 2: Select who you'd like to install it for, accept the disclaimer, and click install

Step 3: Wait for the Installation to complete (May take a few minutes).

Step 4: Once installation is completed, Click "Done"

Step 5: You should now see "SalesWings Assistant" In your Installed Packages.

How to Add the Assistant to your Lead/Contact/Account/Opportunity.

Each is added the same way, but for our example, we will be looking at an Account.

Step 1: Search for any account.

Step 2: In the top right-hand corner, click the Gear icon and select "Edit Page"

Step 3: In the tab on the left, scroll down until you see a group titled "Custom - Managed"

Step 4: Select "SalesWings AI Assistant" and drag it to the desired location.

(Confirming if this is public)

Priority of where the AI gets the information:

For Account record

  1. if the website is present, we select the domain

  2. If not, we take the company name
    โ€‹

For Contact record

  1. If the contact is associated with an account the data is taken from the account and the Account rules above-mentioned apply

  2. If not, and the contact has an email address, we extract the domain from the contact email address

  3. If not, the contact cannot be used for having a conversation

For Lead record

  1. If the lead has an email address, we extract the domain from the email

  2. If not, and the lead has a company field filled out, we use the company field value

  3. If not, the lead cannot be used for having a conversation

For Opportunity record

  1. If the opportunity is associated with an account (which should always be the case) the data is taken from the account and the Account rules above-mentioned apply

  2. If not, the opportunity cannot be used for having a conversation
