Follow the below steps to establish the connection between SalesWings and Salesforce in both Sandbox and Production.

πŸ”” A Salesforce Administrator needs to run the installation of our Salesforce managed package.

1) Install the Salesforce installation package in Sandbox (Installation links here)

Installing the package in Sandbox will allow you to test the SalesWings integration in Salesforce. It will:

  • Install all required required custom fields, objects, relationships that are required

  • Allow you to establish the connection to SalesWings, and sync

  • Give you unlimited licenses in Sandbox

When installing the package, you will need to select "Install for all users".

Now that the package is installed, go to Salesforce Setup>custom settings>SalesWings Options.

Here, you need to activate the "Disable Triggers" checkbox in the custom settings.

Now go to the Salesforce App Launcher and look for the SalesWings setup page. This is where you will link your org with the cockpit by placing the token generated in the cockpit.

You can now initiate the sync by clicking the button "Resume Sync". Next, go ahead and set up layouts and views in Sandbox.
