What is Dynamic Content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?
Dynamic Content is a very powerful feature that allows you to display content based on rules/factors you set. Specific factors such as the subscriber's attributes, data extension values, or audiences.
By using dynamic content, you can increase click-through rates and boost engagement by delivering the most relevant content to your audience.
What SalesWings data points can you use to personalize data with dynamic content?
By understanding what attributes are in MarketingCloud, it gives you a great idea of how you can tailor your content to your leads. If you've followed our installation guide (here) you will have access to all of the out-of-the-box attributes coming from your Saleswings Data.
To see what attributes you have access to, in Marketing Cloud, click
Then click on the SalesWings Attribute (Depending on what attributes you have access to, yours may be a different number)
You should now see a list of all the attributes that you have access to .
How to leverage Dynamic Content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud?
Adding Dynamic Content to any email campaign is very easy. Once editing an email in MarketingCloud, you'd want to look for the "Dynamic Content" block under "Advanced Content". Drag and drop it where you'd like it located on the email.
Once the Block is added then we can add the SalesWings Attributes.
Click on the Dynamic Content on the email
On the left-hand side, you should see the dynamic content editor.
Select what content you'd like as the "default content by clicking Browse under "Upload or Select Existing Content"
To add the Saleswings Attributes, Click on "Create Rule 1"
Click on "Data Extension or Audience
βFind the SalesWings Data extension named "SW_Lead_saleswingsapp_YOURCOMPANYNAME"
βClick OK
You should now see all your SalesWings Attributes under the Library on the Left, you can now Drag and drop the attributes you'd like to segment your leads with. You can customize the attributes to your liking, as well as using AND/OR logic to bring in multiple options!
Examples of powerful personalized emails with Dynamic Content
Example #1 Prioritizing leads based on the Bottom of the Funnel (High Lead Score = Show strong Call to Action)
In this example, we want to show a stronger call to action (Request a Demo) to prospects who seem ready to talk to our sales team: SalesWings predictive score is Warm OR Hot, A SalesWings tag was triggered after the lead showed interest in our demo program and SalesWings Point Lead Score is high.

If the user meets the requirements mentioned above, we will show them the "Dynamic Content Demo CTA," which is a content piece directly connected with our sales team. However, if the user does not meet the requirements, we will show them our Lead Scoring guide instead.
Example #2 Segmenting leads based on the specific tags Triggered.
You can leverage dynamic content to show specific products/services to prospects who expressed interests in said products/services. Here, you will leverage SalesWings tags.
We are looking for a lead with the following:
A lead score of 80 or more
Their predictive score is warm or better,
They have triggered the SalesWings product tag "AI Assistant". This means that this prospect expressed interest in this product.
If the user meets the requirements mentioned above, we will show them a content piece about the specific product they are interested in. However, if the user does not meet the requirements, we will show them a more generic piece of content.
