SalesWings Reporting and Analytics "tools" in Salesforce include:
1. Dashboards and analytics
SalesWings data is native to Salesforce on lead, contact, account and opportunity objects and fields, as well as in our custom objects.
Therefore you can report on all data and visualize it on dashboards - your business related questions are the limit!
For instance:
What is the state of my lead/contact/account funnel in terms of engagement?
How many of my accounts are active vs. inactive?
What email campaigns have the highest engagements?
Which products / services are leads/contacts/accounts most active around?
Salesforce has template reports which are connected to our template dashboard that you can find in the "SalesWings Dashboards" folder.
Which Dashboards Are Available?
SalesWings comes with 4, automatically populated dashboards for powerful insights which you can find in the Salesforce Dashboards folder named "SW Dashboards":
SalesWings Performance Dashboard
The "Performance Dashboard" acts as an "example" dashboard of some of the general insights and standard reports that come with it, such as:
Visualizing the lead funnel, represented by lead scoring
Identifying "hot" accounts, defined by how many contacts have a predictive score of "HOT"
Overview of segments or records who have collected specific tags
Best is to tweak this dashboard to your goals, and as always, your friendly support team is here to facilitate a brainstorming session ❤️
Our standard dashboard "Performance Dashboard":

2. SalesWings <> Salesforce reporting
SalesWings data, as you see, can be used to enhance your existing lead, contact, account and opportunity views, lists and standard Salesforce reports.
On top of that, SalesWings provides out-of-the-box reports to report around tags. All reports can be found in this folder: "SalesWings Reports"
Tip:
If you want to use these sample reports, copy them so you can keep them as templates
Our sample reports are connected to our sample dashboard named "SalesWings Performance Dashboard"
For TAG reports, if you want to add your own custom fields, you need to create a new "report type" and add your custom fields. We can only add Salesforce standard fields when adding a report via our package.
