#1 : Temporarily add a Tag "Hot opportunity" to leads who have a high score are HOT, and visit a specific page. If this lead is no longer HOT, then the Tags and Points are removed.
Go to Settings>Falcon>Create a New Tag.
Here you can create a logic that contains
Predictive score is "HOT"
AND (optional)
Score "more than" X points
AND (optional)Is tagged with all of "TAG X" and "TAG Y"
Save the tag, and voila!
#2: Notify account owners when one of their lead triggers the "Hot Opportunity" tag
Go to Settings>Falcon>Actions> Create a new action
Next, you can choose the recipient who should receive notifications when the “Hot Opportunity” tag is triggered (as shown below).
