Introduction

SalesWings SW AI Sales Agent brings OpenAI’s ChatGPT into Salesforce—directly on your CRM records. You can quickly research a company, ask follow-up questions, and generate ready-to-use content such as sales emails or LinkedIn posts—without leaving Salesforce.

Sales teams can save hours of manual “Google research” to better qualify prospects by embedding the SW AI Sales Agent on Lead, Contact, Account, and Opportunity record pages.

When to use SW AI Sales Agent

Use it when you want to:

  • Get fast company context while qualifying Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities

  • Reduce time spent researching prospects

  • Draft professional outreach content based on the record you’re viewing

  • Create Salesforce Tasks based on the conversation (e.g., follow-ups, reminders, next steps)

Tip: The Agent works best when the record has key details like company name and (if available) website.


How to use SW AI Sales Agent

1) Open SW AI Sales Agent on a record

  1. In Salesforce, open a Lead, Contact, Account, or Opportunity record.

  2. Find the SW AI Sales Agent component on the page.


2) Get a quick company snapshot by using the Quick Insight Buttons

  1. Click “Account Overview” or "Lookalikes" to get an initial company overview.

  2. Review the summary to understand what the company does and why it may be relevant.


3) Ask a new question or a follow-up

  1. Type your question into the input field.

  2. Press Enter or click Send.

  3. Ask follow-ups to go deeper (competitors, locations, positioning, etc.).


4) Generate sales-ready content (emails, LinkedIn posts, hashtags)

The Agent can draft professional content your reps can use right away. Try prompts like:

  • “Write a brief outreach email explaining how [your company] can help this account.”

  • “Draft a LinkedIn post relevant to this company’s industry.”

  • “Suggest relevant LinkedIn hashtags for this account.”

  • “Create a short call script opener for a first outreach call.”

Important: Replace placeholders like [your company] with your product/service and value proposition.


5) Create Salesforce Tasks from next steps

SW AI Sales Agent can also help you capture next steps by creating Salesforce Tasks, such as:

  • “Follow up with this lead in 2 days.”

  • “Call the contact next week.”

You can ask the Agent to propose tasks based on the conversation, or to create tasks with a specific due date, subject, and notes.


6) Copy text answers into Salesforce or external channels

  1. Click the Copy icon/button on the Agent’s answer.

  2. Paste it into a Salesforce field, an email, or LinkedIn.

  • Ask specific questions for better output (e.g., “main office locations and regions served”).

  • Use follow-ups to refine results (e.g., “Summarize this in 3 bullets for a BDR”).

FAQ

Does the AI Assistant submit any confidential information? *

The AI Assistant does not send any of your Salesforce data to OpenAI, other than the company name, URL, or domain name.

We only send the above information, as well as your question or input.

Just like Google Search or similar tools, you must not submit any sensitive data to OpenAI.

Sending personal data in a question in AI Assistant is strictly prohibited and goes against the acceptable use of AI Assistant.

What is the cost of AI Assistant?

Pricing for the AI Assistant is currently being defined. The pricing will be a per user licence price.

What about security and privacy?

SalesWings sends above mentioned information* to SalesWings, where it is fully encrypted and protected. Afterwards, we send the information to OpenAI, who responds with a question which is then stored in SalesWings and then displayed in the AI Assistant.

OpenAI does not use your data for anything else (training, analytics,...), other than to provide this service. For detailed information, visit the OpenAI Trust Center.

OpenAI is also fully compliant with:

  • SOC 2 Type 2 compliance against the Trust Services Criteria for security

  • GDPR, CCPA and other state privacy laws

  • HIPAA (via Business Associate Agreement). We are able to sign Business Associate Agreements in support of customers’ compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

How long is data stored and visible?

The answers and data is visible for 24 hours inside Salesforce, unless you reengage the AI Assistant for the given record within 23h59 minutes.

Just like any other data that you enter into Salesforce fields, this data is visible to the other Salesforce users who have access.

Terms & Conditions and Agreement

Preamble

By installing and using the SalesWings AI Assistant ("The AI Assistant"), Customer automatically accepts below Terms & Conditions, entering into an Agreement for the use of The AI Assistant.

If Customer has any other Agreement in place with SD Technologies SA, with its registered office at Route de la Feuillere 29, 1010 Lausanne, Switzerland ("SalesWings"), the Terms & Conditions in this section prevail and are the only applicable terms for the use of The AI Assistant.

General Terms

Customer authorizes SD Technologies SA, with its registered office at Route de la Feuillere 29, 1010 Lausanne, Switzerland ("SalesWings") to send questions and prompts entered into the SalesWings AI Assistant ("The AI Assistant") to OpenAI.

SalesWings only sends the lead, contact or accounts' company names and web domains to OpenAI, and stores and transmits data in a fully encrypted manner to Open AI. SalesWings also stores sent questions and answers on AWS and MongoDB, in Ireland, for up to 24 hours, unless another question is sent linked to the same Salesforce record within 24 hours. All data gets automatically and irrevocably deleted afterwards.

Neither SalesWings nor OpenAI uses or has rights to leverage any submitted data for its own purpose, for example but not limited to training its AI model.

Customer is not allowed to send personal information to SalesWings and OpenAI, and is solely responsible for training its team accordingly.

If Customer stops paying for the AI Assistant, SalesWings may immediately cut access to the use of AI Assistant, until all outstanding payments have been settled.

SalesWings does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by OpenAI.

Limitation of Liability

(I) THE LIABILITY OF SALESWINGS UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AI ASSISTANT, THE SERVICES AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE BY THE GOVERNING LAW; AND (II) SALESWINGS SHALL, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOT BE LIABLE UNDER OR CONNECTED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SALESWINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (I) ERROR OR INTERRUPTION OF USE OF THE AI ASSISTANT, INACCURACY OR FLAWS OF DATA GATHERED OVER THE AI ASSISTANT OR OTHERWISE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; (II) LOSS OF BUSINESS; (III) FOR ANY INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (IV) PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF THIRD PARTIES; OR (V) FOR ANY MATTER BEYOND SALESWINGS’ REASONABLE CONTROL.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY SUBSTANTIVE SWISS LAW EXCLUDING THE CONFLICT OF LAW RULES AND THE LAWS IN TREATIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE UNIFORM LAW ON PURCHASES (VIENNA TREATY).

ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE FINALLY SETTLED UNDER THE RULES OF ARBITRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE BY ONE ARBITRATOR APPOINTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SAID RULES. THE PLACE OF ARBITRATION SHALL BE LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND. THE LANGUAGE OF THE ARBITRAL PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Miscellaneous

Except as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions, the Parties agree that, in the event of any disputed or unresolved claim, debt or obligation, any and all rights to set-off and/or rights to retain funds are expressly waived.

The Parties hereto are and remain independent parties. It is not the Parties' intent to create and the Terms and Conditions does not create the formation of a partnership, joint venture or similar relationship between the Parties.

Neither Party shall not assign or transfer any of its rights and obligations under the Terms and Conditions without the other Party’s prior written consent.

No amendment or modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be valid or binding on the Parties unless made in writing. This shall also apply to the foregoing sentence.

Should any provision of the Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be valid. In the place of an invalid provision, a valid provision is presumed to be agreed upon by the Parties, which comes economically closest to the one actually agreed upon.

Failure or neglect by SalesWings to enforce any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall not be construed or deemed to be a waiver of SalesWings' rights nor shall this affect the validity of the whole or any part of the Agreement, nor prejudice SalesWings' rights to take subsequent action.
