How to provide SalesWings with support access to your Salesforce Org

When SalesWings needs to investigate potential errors in your SFDC Org, we may request support access.

Please follow below guides to provide the SalesWings team with support access to your Salesforce Org.

Salesforce Lightning

  1. Log in to Salesforce.

  2. In the upper right, click your image (avatar) and then click Settings.

  3. In "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Account Login Access.

  4. Set the Access Duration option to SalesWings Support. Note: Access for technical escalations must be set for a minimum of one month.

  5. Click Save.

Salesforce Classic

  1. Log in to Salesforce.

  2. In the upper right, click My Settings (our click on your name, then click My Settings)

  3. In "Quick Find" search field, enter "Grant" and click Grant Login Access.

  4. Set the Access Duration option to Salesforce.com Support. Note: Access for technical escalations must be set for a minimum of one month.

  5. Click Save.
