What to Do If You Receive Errors

If your upload shows errors, review the error message carefully. Most errors are caused by missing required fields, incorrect values, or formatting issues in the template.

Common things to check include:

  • All required fields are completed.

  • Categories match the available options.

  • TRUE or FALSE fields are entered correctly.

  • Multiple values are separated with semicolons.

  • No required columns were deleted.

  • Custom URL parameter headers do not include question marks.

After correcting the file, upload it again through the wizard.
